Stephen Gough is a selfish exhibitionist, thriving on the attention he gets and to hell with any upset he causes. His antics often grossly offend visitors whose custom the locals livelihoods depend on. The price of being part of society is to live by that society’s rules until such times as they are changed. It is not to subject society to constant attack in the hope that everyone else will give in to you like some spoilt child screaming in the shop for sweets.

The law is right to put Gough behind bars and to do so in solitary confinement if he can't behave as a civilised human being, respect the feelings of others and obey the laws of the land. If he stays inside for life, that's fine by me.

On one hand I feel as rough as old socks having indulged far too much last night! But on the other I am just about to meet my new friends for dinner and drinks in my new far east home and I feel privileged. Life is good.

I just signed to petition calling for his release. Life imprisonment for nudity is totally over the top IMO. As a liberal I support freedom from conformity and the freedom to do what you want, so long as it does not harm others
Please spread the work on this petition via Facebook/blogs.
thanks

How right you are about Ken and John. I remember those times well. As a High Street Manager in the South at the time a Ken Footman visit had to be taken seriously! Ken would write his initials in any dust anywhere in the store and call you over to explain why it was there. Same result but different approach is very true.

Having been a subject of one of the courses offered though Mercedes Benz with Pete, I can speak first hand of the inspiration given to me by Pete's knowlege. He is a true ambassador for the trade and his experiences over the years has obviously lead to his success which in turn, if you listen carefully, could lead to yours!
